Orders & Pre-Orders

• What is a Pre-Order item?
A pre-order is an item we secure from our trusted supplier network once your order is placed. This process allows us to offer best rates on highly-requested pieces that may not yet be physically in our studio.We will confirm your order within 2 business days, sending you the item pictures via email. If the item isn't still available we'll contact you to inform.

• Will the item be identical to the photos?
Yes — pre-order listings show the exact item you will receive. If any relevant detail changes before dispatch, we will always contact you first.

• Can I cancel a Pre-Order?
Pre-orders may be cancelled only before processing begins. Once the sourcing process has started, cancellations may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.


Payments, Pricing & Taxes

• Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal and other secure online options shown at checkout.

• Are taxes included in the price?
For EU customers, VAT is included in the displayed price.
For customers outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery.

• Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Payments are processed through encrypted third-party gateways — we never store card details.

• Are all items authentic?
Always. Each item is sourced through verified professional suppliers and reviewed before being listed.
You can also add third-party authentication certification at checkout if you wish.

• What happens if an item is proven counterfeit?
We will fully refund you upon written verification from a recognised authentication expert.


Condition & Photos

• Are these brand-new items?
Most pieces are vintage or pre-loved, meaning gentle signs of wear may be present. We describe every item honestly and photograph it clearly so you know exactly what to expect.

• What do your condition ratings mean?
We classify condition based on overall appearance, structure and wear. Full details are always available on each product page.

• Will the bag look exactly like the photos?
Yes — unless otherwise noted, photos always show the exact item you’re purchasing.


Shipping

• How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-Ship items dispatch in 1–2 business days.
Pre-Order items require 5–10 business days before dispatch.
All orders ship via DHL Express with tracking & full insurance.


Returns & Exchanges

• Do you accept returns?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition.

• How should I care for my vintage bag?
We provide a Care Guide on every product page, covering storage, climate, cleaning and material-specific tips.

Light preservation & conditioning may be carried out before listing.
We do not heavily modify items unless clearly stated.

• Do you ship with original boxes or receipts?
Vintage items rarely include original receipts or packaging unless explicitly mentioned in the listing.
