Shipping Rates

Complimentary DHL Express Worldwide shipping on orders over €1,200.

For orders below €1,200:

Italy – €15
EU Countries – €25
UK & USA – €39
Rest of World – calculated automatically at checkout

Delivery Timeframes

Ready-to-Ship Items

These items are already available and prepared for dispatch.

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery: typically 2–4 business days depending on destination

You will receive a DHL tracking number once shipped.


Extended-Handling Items

Some items require additional preparation time — for example sourcing confirmation, authentication documentation review, or logistics consolidation.

Processing time: up to 5–10 business days
Delivery: 2–4 business days once shipped

This allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality and control.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

EU Deliveries

No customs duties apply.
The price at checkout is final.


Non-EU Deliveries

Local customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery.
These are determined by your country’s authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We provide all required export documentation and remain available to assist you throughout the process — ensuring a smooth international delivery.


Is My Order Insured?

Yes — every shipment is fully insured until safely delivered to you.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your piece — truly.
If something isn’t right, you may request a return.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted when:

• A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
• The item is returned in the same condition received
• Security tags (if present) remain attached
• The item has not been used, altered, damaged or worn

Due to hygiene & value-preservation standards, we cannot accept returns on:

• Wallets & SLGs showing use
• Items damaged after delivery
• Items with removed tags
• Bespoke or specially-sourced orders


How to Request a Return

1️⃣ Email us at support@vintagehabits.com within 14 days of delivery
2️⃣ Include your order number & reason for return
3️⃣ Wait for return approval and instructions
4️⃣ Ship the item back using a trackable & insured service

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is significantly mis-described.

Once received and verified, refunds are issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping and service fees).
